The App does not collect, transmit, or share personal data. All game data is stored exclusively in your device's local storage and never leaves your device. The data stored locally consists of:
None of the above is associated with a real-world identity, account, or device fingerprint. No name, email address, IP address, advertising identifier, or location is collected by the App. (The optional Google Play leaderboards are covered in Section 02.)
The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics libraries, no tracking pixels or fingerprinting, and no social media SDKs. It does not measure your usage, sessions, or behavior.
The App integrates one third-party service, used only by the optional online leaderboards: Google Play Games Services. If you have Google Play Games enabled on your device, the Play Games SDK signs you in automatically and the App submits your game scores to Google's leaderboard servers so they can appear on the global leaderboards. The App sends only a numeric score — it does not read your name, email, or Google account details. Google associates each score with your Google Play Games profile (your player ID and public gamertag) and processes that information as an independent data controller under Google's Privacy Policy. If you do not want any data sent to Google, do not enable Google Play Games, or manage it in your device's Play Games settings.
The only other outbound request the App may make is when you tap the support link (Ko-fi), which opens that service in your device's web browser. The App itself does not transmit anything to Ko-fi.
The App is provided for free. If you choose to support the ongoing development and server maintenance via Ko-fi, these service tips are processed entirely by Ko-fi. These payments are voluntary professional support for the developer and do not constitute the purchase of in-game items or advantages.
The App is suitable for all ages and contains no content unsuitable for children. The App does not direct content specifically at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The App itself collects no personal information; the only data ever sent off your device is an optional leaderboard score through Google Play Games, and Google restricts Play Games features for accounts it identifies as belonging to children.
The App is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including provisions for minors.
Because the App stores no personal data on any server, traditional data subject requests (access, rectification, deletion, portability) are satisfied by your direct control of the local storage on your own device. You can:
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. You can also uninstall the App from your device at any time. There is no separate "delete my account" process because there is no account.
If this Privacy Policy changes in any material way (for example, if a future version of the App ever introduces analytics, ads, or online features), the policy will be updated at this URL and the “Effective” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
Substantive changes will also be announced inside the App on first launch following an update.
