These payments are considered service tips for independent software development. They do not constitute a purchase of in-game items, and all gameplay features remain earnable through skill. Recognition (such as leaderboard icons) is provided as a professional acknowledgment of your support for the software's lifecycle.
All payments are securely processed by Ko-fi, a third-party service provider. The developer does not see or store your sensitive payment information (such as card numbers or billing addresses).
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You will not:

The App includes an in-game feedback feature for reporting bugs and submitting suggestions. By submitting feedback, you grant the developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback into the App or future versions thereof, without obligation of attribution or compensation.
Do not submit confidential information, third-party intellectual property, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Your privacy is governed by the App's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The short version: the App collects no personal data and stores everything locally on your device.
The App and all of its components — including graphics, code, sound effects, generative music, animations, skins, level designs, and the “Block Puzzle Ultimate” name — are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App will be available continuously. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all such warranties are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of progress, loss of data, loss of voluntary support payments, or any damages arising from device failure, software updates, or storage deletion.
If liability cannot be excluded under your local law, the developer's total aggregate liability is limited to the total amount of voluntary support you provided to the project via Ko-fi in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if no such support was provided.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. The developer may terminate or suspend your licence to use the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that the developer reasonably believes harms the App, other users, or the developer.
You may end these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 07, 08, 09, 11, and 12 — will continue to apply after termination.
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Effective” date at the top. Continued use of the App after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Material changes will also be announced inside the App on first launch following an update.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
